Population, work and organisational change research at LUSEM

Research in this theme focuses on the causes and consequences of demographic processes, in addition to labour market and organisational dynamics. It includes studies of employment, unemployment, and labour markets, as well as analyses of organisational change and adaptation.

Demographic processes such as fertility and migration form another important strand of research, examining population change and its societal implications. Overall, the research sheds light on fundamental dimensions of long-term social and economic change.
