Living the Sustainability Idea
Living the Sustainability Idea is a voluntary track open for students in MSc International Strategic Management and MSc in Management at Lund University School of Economics and Management (LUSEM).
When enrolling in the track "Living the Sustainability Idea" students will get the opportunity to know more about the concept Inner Development Goals, meet companies, be introduced to the latest research and get individual coaching to start their personal journey. It will also challenge the participant to really live the sustainability idea!
In order to reach the Sustainable Development Goals in Agenda 2030 it has become clear that change is required not only on a societal and organisational level but also on a personal level. Using the framework Inner Development Guide (IDG) the participants will explore, develop and reflect on their inner abilities and how they can anchor on a personal level in order to contribute on an organisational and global level.
Inner Development Guide is a guide designed to support the inner skills and capacities needed for sustainable societal transformation. It serves as an open-source resource showcasing skills, qualities, and capacities that can help individuals and organisations foster more meaningful, cooperative, and regenerative ways of living and working.
