Guest lectures
Partner companies can make a meaningful impact by sharing their expertise through guest lectures at LUSEM. This engagement allows organisations to showcase real-world insights, trends, and best practices directly to students, bridging the gap between theory and practice.
Through guest lectures, companies not only contribute to high-quality education but also build long-term connections with future leaders and the academic community, creating value for both students and the organisation.
Company presentations
Partner companies can engage with students by delivering company presentations, providing an opportunity to introduce their organisation, culture, and career opportunities directly to the next generation of talent. Through company presentations, organisations not only promote themselves effectively, but also contribute to a dynamic learning environment where students gain practical insights and inspiration from real-world business experiences.
Job shadowing a manager
Master’s students enrolled in the Master in Management program are given an assignment designed to provide a practical understanding of management. As part of the assignment, students shadow and observe a manager for a period of three to five days. This is followed by reflective discussions on leadership and on what the student has observed during the experience.
Company visits
Partner companies can host company visits, giving students a firsthand look at their operations, culture, and business practices. These visits create a unique opportunity to showcase the organisation beyond traditional presentations. They allow organisations to showcase their business in action, inspire students, and create a pipeline of engaged, informed, and motivated future talents.
Roundtable discussions
Students will have the opportunity to engage in informal conversations with representatives from partner companies within a specific industry. Through open dialogue and interactive discussions, students gain valuable insights into the industry, while common myths and realities are explored. At the same time, companies gain a deeper understanding of what matters most to the next generation entering the workforce.
LUSEM Alumni Career Talks
The LUSEM Alumni Career Talks is a webinar series where alumni from around the world share their career journeys, industry insights, and regional experiences with students and fellow graduates.
