Library opening hours during the holidays
23 December – 6 January: Closed
7 – 9 January: Staffed 10–14, self service 9–10 and 14–21
A book return box is placed outside the library entrance, you access it around the clock with your LU card. The box is emptied when the library is staffed.
Extended loan period for course books - course books that you have borrowed or renewed from 5 December, are due back 9 January.

Monday–Friday: 10:00–18:00
Unstaffed hours, self service
LU card is required for access.
Monday–Friday: 9:00–10:00 and 18:00–21:00
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00–15:00

Self service
- During hours with self service, students and employees at Lund University have access to the library. Use your LU card and pin code to enter the library (via Scheelevägen 15H).
- Check out and return books with our self service machine.
- You cannot pick up course reference books or interlibrary loans during this time.
