Opening hours at LUSEM during summer
Below key dates for closure and reopening at LUSEM during summer.
LUSEM main entrance and buildings
All our buildings are locked during the summer 15 June– 16 August. Staff and active students can always access the buildings with a LU access card.
LUSEM Library
The library is closed for visitors 29 June–9 August.
A book return box is accessible outside the library entrance, you access it around the clock with your LU card.

LUSEM Learning Hub
You can access the study environment LUSEM Learning Hub in Alfa 5–6 during the summer with your LU card.
The caretakers' office
The caretakers' office is open, and the janitorial email is monitored throughout the summer, circumstances permitting.

Career Services is closed for the summer 29 July–6 August.
International Office
LUSEM’s International Office will be closed from 7 July to 4 August. You are still welcome to contact us by email during this period, but please note that we will have reduced staffing and response times may be longer than usual.
Our Drop-in will be closed from 3 June and will resume on 25 August.
