Annika Fahlur, Student Relation Lead, globally in Nordea and Employer Branding Lead, Nordea Denmark
Annika holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from LUSEM. She joined Nordea immediately after graduation—18 years ago—and has since held a variety of roles across the organization. These experiences have allowed her to broaden her knowledge base and explore diverse perspectives within the financial sector.

Annika is deeply passionate about learning and personal development. She believes that learning never truly ends and that life would be incredibly dull without the opportunity to grow and evolve continuously.

Gabriella Hurtig Hedlund, Regional Director, Distrikt Öst, SEB
Gabriella is born and raised in Skåne and holds two degrees from Lund University, one in Economics from LUSEM and one in Music from the Malmö Academy of Music. Gabriella began her career as a violinist at the age of 16, performing both as an orchestral musician and soloist. Her first experience in banking came during her university studies in Lund.

Gabriella has worked as an advisor to both private individuals and corporate clients at Handelsbanken and SEB. With 17 years of leadership experience at SEB, she has held a variety of roles across different regions, including the past eight years as a regional and district manager. She is passionate about entrepreneurship, personal development, and fostering collaboration between people. Motto: Anything is possible if you want it enough!
