Lund University is Sweden’s eighth most attractive employer

The employment agency Academic Work conducts the Young Professional Attraction Index (YPAI) survey annually, in close collaboration with polling firm Kantar. This year Lund University finished as Sweden’s eighth most attractive employer when asked what they feel is most important when choosing an employer.

Their survey asks young people in various professional categories which employer they would most like to work for, and what makes an employer attractive.

When asked what they want from their employer, the majority responded: Good colleagues and work environment, competitive salary, flexibility and work-life balance along with career and personal development opportunities.

The fact that Lund University came eighth news, LU were not even in the top 100 before. LU are the only university to place in the top ten, after us came Stockholm University in 25th place followed and Karolinska Institutet at number 42.
