Dan Rosenberg, Head of Talent Attraction, Copenhagen Capacity, LUSEM '08

Dan is a LUSEM alumnus with over a decade of experience in talent attraction and international business development in Denmark. As Head of Talent Attraction at Copenhagen Capacity, he leads strategic initiatives to connect global talent with opportunities in Greater Copenhagen, particularly within life science, IT, and cleantech. Dan’s career spans roles in executive search, market analysis, and internationalization, and he holds both a BSc and MSc in Business & Economics from Lund University.

Sofia Bjursåker, Strategy Director, ijovi, LUSEM '21

Sofia is a LUSEM alumna with a strong foundation in strategic communication, marketing, and leadership. Starting in Denmark in 2021, she now works as Strategy Director at ijovi (Zealth Group), where she develops branding and communication strategies within the medical sector. Passionate about connecting ideas and people across industries, Sofia brings a curious and interdisciplinary mindset to her work in a Global business landscape with basis in Denmark.

Victoria María Cura Rodríguez, Senior Consultant, KPMG, LUSEM '21 

Victoria is a LUSEM alumna with a Master’s in Management and a professional focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Originally from Buenos Aires, she spent six formative years in Denmark, working with organisations such as Copenhagen Capacity, Pandora, and KPMG Denmark. Her international career now continues with KPMG in Spain.
