Biotech unlocked: Future food systems and value chains
Join us at the Official Swedish Residence in New York to explore how biotechnology—particularly innovative food technologies—is reshaping global food systems.
Three shades of Biotech Heights
In a world facing urgent challenges such as food security, nutritional health, sustainability, and safety, biotechnology offers transformative solutions that turn these obstacles into opportunities. This event explores three shades of Biotech Heights: technology, market and industry. It brings together leaders from academia and industry to discuss how strategic collaboration and innovative business models can accelerate the transition toward sustainable and resilient food value chains.
Central to this event is Biotech Heights, a dynamic private-public partnership and collaboration-driven hub dedicated to biotech innovation in future food and materials. Founded by Lund University and Tetra Pak, Biotech Heights unites academia, industry leaders, and the startup ecosystem to jointly initiate and advance research projects, experimentation, and prototype development. Participants benefit from state-of-the-art labs, pilot infrastructures, and access to a broad network of biotech experts, fostering rapid innovation and interdisciplinary growth.
