Living the Sustainability Idea – behavioural changes and its business implications
What can it be like to live more sustainable and what are the implications on a personal and organisational level? Come and listen to students who have challenged themselves to actually live more sustainably focusing on inner transformation. The event is part of Lund University Sustainability Week.
Living the Sustainability Idea
Living the Sustainability Idea is a voluntary track open for students in MSc International Strategic Management and MSc in Management at LUSEM. 18 students have followed the track during two semesters and will now share their experiences.
In order to reach the Sustainable Development Goals it has become clear that change is required not only on a societal and organisational level but also on a personal level. Using the framework Inner Development Goals the participants will explore, develop and reflect on their inner abilities and how they can anchor on a personal level in order to, later on, contribute on an organisational and global level. The assignment for the students has been to practice their own interpretation of the sustainability idea by doing something different in their lives during a week.
