The HR department provides operational and strategic support primarily to the management at LUSEM, department heads, and HR at the departments.
Together with management, department heads, and HR at the departments, we work to ensure that LUSEM is a good employer and a workplace that attracts and develops our staff, as well as a workplace where everyone should thrive and have a work environment free from discrimination.
