Communication
The department in MS Teams
The department uses MS Teams for communication. The team is called Department of Informatics. You find information on how to access teams and how to download the app on this page in the right hand column.
The department also keeps common documents in MS Teams. You find more information on the Staff documents page.
Add the MS Teams application to the auto-start folder on your computer to make sure not to miss any important messages.

Employees are expected to reply to e-mails within preferable one day but no longer than three days during the semesters. You can find tips and advice on email management on LU Staff Pages.
To reach everyone at the department through email, you can use the email adress staff [at] ics [dot] lu [dot] se (staff[at]ics[dot]lu[dot]se).
Staff meetings
Staff meetings are held three times per semester and usually on Wednesday afternoons. You find the Staff meetings in the Staff Calendar. Most welcome!
Keeping up-to-date
All employees are expected to, on a daily basis, inform themselves of what is happening at the department through these means of information and communication.
How to access MS Teams
In order to access the team, go to https://teams.microsoft.com and, if prompted, login with your Lucat account.
On the site you can find download links for desktop applications for Windows and MacOS. Teams is also available as an app for your phone. Search for “Microsoft Teams”.
