A newly procured case management system, a new Support Centre, LU Box clear out and a gentle reminder to obtain strong authentication – from 9 June it will also be required for booking business travel.

The procurement of a new case management system for the entire University has now been completed. The new supplier and system is HaloITSM

HaloITSM is a British company with a long track record in case management. Its customers include a number of English universities. Storage and operation are conducted within the EU.

The current contract with the supplier of the present case management system, ServiceNow, applies until the end of this year.

Staff members will not notice any major differences during the autumn, but when the new system is in place, it will be easier to obtain support and guidance concerning IT among other things.
