Library
The library at LUSEM primarily supports students and staff at the School, but it is also open to the public. The library offers guidance and teaching on academic honesty, information retrieval and information management, and can be booked for lectures and workshops. Researchers are offered support in areas such as LUCRIS, publishing, open access, research data management and more.

The communications office at LUSEM manages and coordinate faculty wide external and internal communication as well as support the organisation with communication expertise.

The international office at LUSEM develops and administers the international study opportunities at the School including relations to more than 130 partner universities in more than 30 countries around the world.

Career Services
The Career Services at LUSEM supports, inspire, and prepare students for the job market. The aim is to ensure that students are ready to take the next step after their studies by understanding their strengths, personal qualities, and the range of career paths available to them. The students are offered individual career coaching, CV and LinkedIn reviews, workshops and events on topics like job interviews and networking, as well as administration of pre-approved internships with our corporate partners.

Academic Skills Services – ASKS
Academic Skills Services (ASKS) supports all students in developing their academic skills, such as reading, writing and thinking critically in an academic context. This is done in part through tailor-made interventions in courses and programmes and in part through individual consultations with students. ASKS also hosts a series of reading and writing retreats in collaboration with the LUSEM library.

Alumni relations
The alumni coordinator at LUSEM focus on keeping in contact with and organize our former students but also as a bridge between former, present and future students. Examples are recruitment to the LU Alumni network, organizer of alumni events and alumni career talks, sharing of alumni success stories, coordinating the Mentorship programme, administration of the LUSEM Alumni group on LinkedIn and much more.

Faculty HR
Just as for Lund University, LUSEM takes numerous actions to create a good and safe work environment. HR at LUSEM primarily supports the LUSEM management, department heads, and HR at the departments with operational and strategic support with focus on the core processes of recruitment and contracts, work environment and health, equal opportunities, competence supply, as well as management and leadership development.

External and corporate relations
Our collaboration with external partners is bridging the gap between academia and the business world. One part is the LUSEM Partnership programme where organisations gains collaboration benefits through our research and positive exposure that strengthens their brand, especially among our students. Other parts are the aformentioned Alumni relation activities and collaboration with LUSEM Career Services.

Commissioned education
Since the beginning of 2025, LUSEM has had an in-house office for commissioned education at the faculty level. The office is the focal point for external queries, offers support to staff at LUSEM who wants to engage in commissioned education and supports the faculty management with strategic advice in this area.
