Major roadworks around Lund will soon affect commuting options for those who work in Lund but live outside the city. The road projects affect the E22 at the Lund Södra interchange and road 108 between Staffanstorp and Lund. At certain times there will be planned total road closures during the period 2025 to 2026.

To provide commuting staff members with support and information about what is happening and possible travel options, a website featuring a range of tips will be set up within the collaboration project Co Action, which consists of 25 employers in Lund.

The closures are necessary in order to carry out work in a safe and efficient way, and will also mean that the construction period is shorter.

Over the weekend of 23-26 May there will be a total closure of the E22 between the Kronetorp N interchange and Gastelyckan interchange.

From 23 May, road 108 between Staffanstorp and Lund will be totally closed for four months. Thereafter, the road will be open in a westerly direction towards Lund for six months.
