Excellent teaching is to be highlighted through recognition of educational qualifications

A new framework for measuring qualifying expertise in teaching has been produced and will now be implemented at the University. The aim is to recognise excellence in teaching by applying a classification and structure for teaching practitioners’ qualifications.

The framework, developed by Rachel Forsyth and Lena Christensen, is based on the Advancing Teaching initiative, an international framework developed by 15 higher education institutions around the world. Some Swedish HEIs use other similar systems.
