About the seminar
This thought-provoking salon event brings together two dynamic teams to discuss the intersection of digitalisation, forthcoming societal impacts of AI, and human rights. In a debate format, these teams will explore interdisciplinary perspectives: one focused on the broader perspectives related to digital justice and AI, and the other on the socio-economic perspectives and AI.
Driven by two key questions, the event aims to spark a thought-provoking discussion on the broader implications of AI for our world, as follows:
How can we proactively design AI technologies that uphold and protect human rights?
Why is digital justice becoming so hard in an increasingly automated world?
This collaborative session marks the beginning of fostering meaningful discussions, sharing insights, and developing innovative research agendas to address AI technologies and their ethical implications.
