Over two semesters, students are matched with mentors who share insights into professional life and support career development. This year, 84 alumni mentors from 19 countries are participating, representing industries such as finance, consulting, tech, and international development. Their diverse academic backgrounds and global perspectives provide students with valuable exposure to real-world experiences and career paths.
The programme begins in November and includes monthly meetings and networking events that support successful mentorship relationships. The student application is open 10–24 September.
