Breakfast Seminar on New Evaluation Criteria for New Store Formats

Ulf Johansson (Deputy Director, Centre for Retail Research at Lund University) will present findings from his research project on new store formats at a breakfast seminar hosted by The Swedish Retail and Wholesale Council.

Ulf Johansson is currently leading a project funded by Handlesrådet (The Swedish Retail and Wholesale Council) called Future-proofing the physical store via new store formats. The project maps the store's future role in a modern, digitized customer journey and explores how to evaluate new store formats.

At the seminar, Professor Johansson will be joined by Mats Bollvik, market development manager, IKEA.
