Become a mentor
Study support mentor
Studiestugan
The study mentors in Studiestugan are talented students who have studied for a while, and who are happy to share their knowledge and experiences. All subject areas at the School of Economics are represented by our study mentors.
Studiestugan is open Tuesdays and Thursdays 13:00–15:00, in EC3-107.
Contact Sofia Rosendahl at studievagledare@har.lu.se if you want to register your interest to become a study mentor.
Disability Support Services
If you have studied a couple of semesters, why not become a study support mentor and help a student with a disability? As a mentor, you can help improve the study situation for a fellow student while gaining important experiences.
Your main task as a mentor is to help with planning and structure; to make suggestions based on your own experience and act as a sounding board. Your role is to motivate and support the student based on their circumstances and level. You may share your knowledge and experience but the student is to conduct their own studies.
Mentors and students are matched by coordinators at the respective faculties.
