Wellness Weeks: Yoga with Fredrik Boklund from Actic


How is the body affected by stress and inactivity? In this webinar, Fredrik Boklund from Actic will learn us how to take care of ourselves and our bodies with the help of yoga. Not at least during periods with less activities we are in need of methods for neutralize stress.

From studies in comparative literature to director and cinematographer to yoga entrepreneur. Fredrik Boklund is yoga instructor and personal trainer at Actic and will give a short, inspiring yoga webinar. The health and fitness chain Actic offer training for life no matter where you are  – in the gym, outdoors or digitally.
