 people\, in a quiet and inspiring environment\, is an effective way to boo
 st your focus. Our retreats last for three hours and start with a short pl
 anning session where we set goals for our reading or writing. We take brea
 ks together\, have some coffee (and fika!) and talk about how things are g
 oing\, but most of the time we sit quietly and read or write. So bring a t
 ext you need to read or a text that you are working on and be prepared to 
 get a lot of work done!The retreats are held in English\, but you are welc
 ome to read or write in whatever language you like. The retreats are open
