One Diagnosis or Two? Investigating Cognitive Overload and Stress in Neurodivergent Entrepreneurs
This seminar with Kim Klyver, University of Southern Denmark, is a part of the SKJCE seminar series.
Moving beyond isolated diagnoses, this seminar applies cognitive load theory to examine the psychological reality of entrepreneurial multi-morbidity (ADHD and dyslexia). We will explore how these conditions differentially and together tax cognitive architecture, resulting in stress, and challenge the assumption that meaningful work is a universal buffer against stress.
