Jeanette Irekvist, President Ericsson Canada

Jeanette Irekvist is the President of Ericsson Canada, leading a world-class team driving Ericsson’s engagements with customers, partners, and stakeholders across the country.
A veteran of the technology sector and a proven transformational leader, Irekvist has over 20 years of experience in the industry with Ericsson, holding senior leadership roles across Strategy, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Communications in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Irekvist joined the North American team almost a decade ago and has worked with several of the largest U.S. carriers, building and managing their wireless networks while strategically growing Ericsson’s Enterprise business.

Jeanette is passionate about building diverse, inclusive, and successful teams, fostering meaningful relationships with a focus on value creation to ensure growth and positive business outcomes for all stakeholders. She is a dedicated, strategically-minded, customer-first executive with a proven track record of leading both business and people in highly competitive and dynamic environments. 

In 2024, Irekvist expanded her leadership role by joining the Board of Directors of the Canadian Telecom Association, bringing her extensive industry experience to contribute towards advancing Canada's digital policy and telecom sector.

Jeanette was a founding member of the Ericsson Diversity Council and is the Executive Sponsor of Ericsson’s North America Sustainability Council. Jeanette Irekvist holds a master's degree in Business Administration and a Master of Laws from Lund University.

Cecilia Bergendahl, Chief Financial Officer at Hector Rail

Cecilia Bergendahl is a senior executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, such Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SF Studios and Managing Director at Novamedia Sverige AB, the operator of Svenska Postkodlotteriet and Norska Postkodlotteriet. During Cecilia's tenure as Managing Director of Novamedia Sverige AB, she significantly contributed to the growth and success of the Swedish Postcode Lottery, including its expansion into Norway. Cecilia also led strategic initiatives like achieving ISO 27001 certification for information security. 

As the Group CFO of SF Studios Cecilia played a key role in the production and distribution of Nordic films and TV series, as well as the US produced film "A man called Otto" with Tom Hanks. Cecilia is currently serving as CFO at Hector Rail, where Cecilia contributes to the growth of Scandinavia’s largest private rail freight provider, focusing on sustainable infrastructure and value creation.

Cecilia is recognized for her expertise in finance, management, IT and information security as well as risk and compliance. Cecilia is actively engaging in professional networks, mentoring and events.

Cecilia is a LUSEM alumna with a degree in business administration and single subject courses in Political science, German, Sustainability and digital transformation.
