In connection with the Alumni Network Homecoming Weekend LUSEM is hosting an open lunch seminar
The Swedish economy is growing fast and the public finances are in order. Still there are huge challenges and risks that must be managed. Many immigrants are waiting for education and jobs, the housing market is dysfunctional and household indebtness is high. Is there a housing bubble? If so, can you prevent it from bursting?
The School of Economics and Management hosts a very interesting lunch seminar when one of the School's alumni and well-known business profile Bo Lundgren gives the lecture If the crisis comes together.
Bo Lundgren earlier held positions as Minister for Fiscal and Financial Affairs, leader of the oppostion party and head of the National Debt Office. Today he is chairman of the Swedish Savingsbanks Association as well as of some other institutions. Bo Lundgren received an honorary doctorate from Lund University in 2010.
Mingle with a light lunch snack at 11:30, followed by the lecture at 12:00. The lecture is given in English. No pre-registration.
